小鸟酱 is forging ahead with an ambitious programme of capital development initiatives on the Ipswich Campus to provide state-of-the-art facilities and realistic replicated workplace settings to support learning.

TECH Campus

Opened in September 2021, Tech Campus provides exclusive access to labs and industry-standard workshops for specialist courses in Creative Media Production, Computing & E-sports, Games Design & Game Arts. Also enabling collaborative working with local tech companies and innovators, Tech Campus is a 拢2.4m project part-funded by 拢1.6m from the New Anglia Local Enterprise Partnership.

Net Zero Skills Centre

In 2023 we launched new facilities at the Ipswich Campus to enable the College to equip the future and current workforce with key sustainable technologies.聽 Hybrid and EV car maintenance, new heating technologies 鈥� air source and ground source heat pumps 鈥� solar panel installation, rainwater and greywater harvesting, and new approaches to building insulation, are all included in the new Net Zero Skills Centre, which is partly funded by 拢800,000 from the Ipswich Town Deal.

Health and Science Campus

In 2023, a new Health and Science Campus, a sister building to Tech Campus, will be launched.聽 Funded with 拢1.1m support from the Government鈥檚 Post-16 Capacity Fund, the new building will enable students to experience real-life mock workplace environments including hospital ward and nursery settings.
